Disability Fitness classes include an energized warm up, followed by stretch and strengthening exercises designed to improve flexibility, joint mobility, cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. No matter what your ability is, you will always finish with a feeling of fulfillment and satisfaction. Karen will encourage you to move at your own pace, listen to your body and have fun! Karen offers affordable, on-line training to people who do not have a lot of time, find it more difficult to get outside or to get started with a new fitness routine due to Covid.
